JOSEPH R. CARUSO, AACI, P.APP, PROPRIETOR

Joseph is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with more than thirty years experience as an independent professional real estate appraiser. Joe has worked the past 25-years in the Okanagan and has about five years experience in West Kootenay. He has completed appraisals on most property types for in the regions including everything from a single family residential lot, major single family and industrial subdivisions, industrial complexes, condominium and rental apartment complexes and shopping centers for financing, negotiating, expropriation and litigation; for most financial institutions, numerous national and local companies, most government agencies, lawyers and private individuals.

LES SKELTON, B.P.E, PROPRIETOR

Les Skelton graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1989 with a B.P.E. Prior to 2001 Les acquired 12 years of extensive experience in the property management field, including four years as the Head of Operations for a variety of mixed-use Strata Corporations within Vancouver’s urban core. Les is nearing completion of the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, where he has been a member in good standing since 2000. Les has completed over 10,000 residential appraisals since becoming a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Les specializes in residential properties throughout the Okanagan Valley, primarily in the Central Okanagan.


DAVE TURNER, APPRAISER

Born and raised in Kelowna Dave started out as a construction labourer building houses in the Kelowna area. Dave attended BCIT & UBC where he acquired several Marketing / Management courses over a period of 5 years. He has over 10 years management experience including overseeing all aspects of Capital Machine Sales: forecasting, contracts, engineering, manufacturing and project management prior to becoming a residential fee appraiser in 2004. For the past 5 years Dave has been residential appraiser in the Central Okanagan, South and North Okanagan and Kootenay’s a Dave has been a candidate member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is nearing completion of the Canadian Residential Appraiser designation (CRA).

BRAD GELSVIK, D.U.L.E, Appraiser

Brad has a Diploma in Urban Land Economics and a background that includes 9 years of residential & commercial construction, a Network & Internet Systems Analyst Diploma as well as the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, and owning and operating a computer networking business for 5 years where he managed all of the business and day-to-day operations. Brad has been a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in good standing since 2003 and is nearing completion of the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation. Brad specializes in all forms of residential fee appraising completing more than 3000 appraisals in that time.
