Joe is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with more than thirty years experience as an independent professional real estate appraiser.
Joe has completed appraisals on most property types for in the regions including everything from a single family residential lot, major single family and industrial subdivisions, industrial complexes, condominium and rental apartment complexes and shopping centers for financing, negotiating, expropriation and litigation; for most financial institutions, numerous national and local companies, most government agencies, lawyers and private individuals.
LES SKELTON, CRA, B.P.E, PROPRIETOR
Les Skelton graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1989 with a B.P.E. Prior to 2001, Les acquired 12 years of extensive experience in the property management field, including four years as the Head of Operations for a variety of mixed-use Strata Corporations within Vancouver’s urban core. Les has completed the CRA requirements needed to achieve the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, where he has been a member in good standing since 2000. Les has completed over 10,000 residential appraisals since becoming a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Les specializes in residential properties throughout the Okanagan Valley, primarily in the Central Okanagan. |
